People ask me time and time again how I achieve the success level of customer interest at retail stores when I present their point of sale promotions for them.
The answer quite simply is that after 25 years in this business after starting out as a young entertainer for Westfield Shopping Centres, I know that every Retailer promotion is all about them and what they want, NOT about me and what I want.
I know a thing or two about human nature these days, and understand that people
want to be entertained but not targeted, so my promotions are a skillful mix of information, entertainment and interesting dialogue. ( not to be confused with a boring and repetitive monologue).
